Hydroblast cabinets are constructed from Grade 304 full stainless steel.  We provide the option of either using a submersible or an external pump which  by mixing water with abrasives, a slurry is created as a blast stream to used for specialized applications. Water reduces the harsh effects of abrasives while still providing a smooth satin finish on the part surface. Similar to most of our systems, we provide customized automation from automatic workcar turntable, gun motion oscillations, multi-gun setup and timers/speed controls for all PLC functions.
