Surface treatment of steel sheets can be delicate process especially if the steel sheets are thin. Deformation sometimes occur  and in certain situations, “shadows “ emerge due to an array of problems such as  overblast, inconsistent blast stream and poor conveying grip. At pakpal we have tried and tested blasting of steel sheets of up to 0.8mm and have achieved unchallenged results. A shot peening version of this system is also available due to the recent demand for thinner and stronger materials in architectural construction and we have built systems to meet this need.
